General Terms and Conditions

This is a convenience translation. Only the German version is legally binding.

§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB, German Civil Code) through this website with Pau Hana Bier GmbH, Röttenbacher Straße 2, 91589 Aurach-Weinberg, Germany (hereinafter “we”).

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the FINECUT PRO on this website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

You add the desired items to the shopping cart, select the quantity and delivery country there, and proceed with a click on “Checkout” to the payment process of our payment service provider, Stripe. There you enter your contact, delivery and billing details, select the payment method and confirm these terms and conditions. Before submitting, you can review and correct all information. By clicking the button to complete your order with payment, you submit a binding offer to purchase. The purchase contract is concluded once the payment process has been successfully completed.

The contract language is German. You will receive your order details by e-mail after the contract has been concluded. You can access and save these terms and conditions at any time on this page.

§ 3 Prices and shipping costs

All prices are final prices and include statutory value-added tax, currently 19 %. Shipping costs per order are added:

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply, which are to be borne by the recipient.

§ 4 Payment

Payment is made via Stripe. The available payment methods, including instalment payment via Klarna where applicable, are displayed to you during the payment process. For instalment payment, the terms of the respective provider additionally apply and will be shown to you at checkout. The purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract.

§ 5 Delivery

Every FINECUT PRO is a limited, individually made piece. We dispatch the goods to the delivery address you provide within 5 working days after conclusion of the contract. We deliver to Germany, across Europe and worldwide.

§ 6 Retention of title

The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

§ 7 Liability for defects

The statutory rights regarding defects apply.

§ 8 Warranty

In addition to statutory liability for defects, we provide a 1-year warranty on wear of the FINECUT PRO. Details can be found in the warranty certificate enclosed with the delivery. Your statutory rights are not restricted by the warranty.

§ 9 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. For details, please refer to the withdrawal policy.

§ 10 Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
